• Educational Qualification:

• Experience Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 10 years in the operation and maintenance of a large integrated steel plant (capacity of 2 MTPA or above).
  • Applicants should have a proven track record in plant operations, strategic leadership, and implementing best practices for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Leadership skills, including managing diverse teams and outsourced manpower, are essential for this role.
  • The candidate will be posted in Nagarnar and will be responsible for overseeing the steel plant’s operation and maintenance.

NMDC Recruitment Salary Structure:

• For candidates currently working in Government/PSUs, they should have served for at least 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (E8 Grade) or its equivalent.
• Private sector candidates must have earned a minimum CTC of Rs. 43.98 lakhs per annum for the last two years and have held positions two levels below Board level for at least two years.
