Eligibility Criteria for GAIL Recruitment 2024

• Essential Qualification: MBBS degree with completed internship and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a Diploma in Industrial Medicine or a Certificate of Training in Industrial Health (minimum three-month duration) will be given preference.

GAIL Recruitment 2024 Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 93,000 per month.
• Annual Increment: An increment of Rs. 2,800 will be provided if the contract is extended after the initial one-year period.
• Insurance Benefits:
  • Personal Accident Insurance: Coverage of Rs. 12 lakhs for accidents, including disability and medical expenses.
  • Family Floater Insurance: Coverage of Rs. 5 lakhs for inpatient treatment for the employee, spouse, and two dependents (children or parents).
• OPD Expenses: Reimbursement for medicines up to Rs. 1,000 per month for self, spouse, and two dependents.

Contract Duration

The initial engagement is for one year, with the option for annual extensions based on performance. The maximum duration of the contract is three years.
