Bharat Electronics Limited BEL Recruitment 2024 has released its 2024 recruitment notification for 77 vacancies across the positions of Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I. Eligibility Criteria

1. Qualifications: Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in a relevant field with a PASS Class.
2. Age Limits:
   • Trainee Engineer-I: Up to 28 years
   • Project Engineer-I: Up to 32 years
3. Experience:
   • Trainee Engineer-I: No experience required
   • Project Engineer-I: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial experience

Salary and Tenure

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary based on their position:

• Trainee Engineer-I:
  • 1st year: ₹30,000
  • 2nd year: ₹35,000
  • 3rd year: ₹40,000
• Project Engineer-I:
  • 1st year: ₹40,000
  • 2nd year: ₹45,000
  • 3rd year: ₹50,000
  • 4th year: ₹55,000

The initial contract duration for Trainee Engineer-I is 2 years (extendable up to 3 years), while Project Engineer-I is initially for 3 years, extendable to 4 years based on performance and project needs.

Selection Process

• Trainee Engineer-I: Written test (100 marks), with a 0.25 deduction for each incorrect answer.
• Project Engineer-I: Written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.

Application Fees

• Trainee Engineer-I: ₹150 + 18% GST
• Project Engineer-I: ₹400 + 18% GST
• Exemptions: SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempt from fees.
