Educational Qualifications and Experience

For Junior Manager (Mechanical):

• Essential Qualification:
  • First-class Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Mechatronics Engineering or allied branches.
  • A certified course (minimum 3 months) in AutoCAD, Unigraphics, or 3D modeling software from a reputed institute (IDEMI, CITD, IGTR, etc.).
• Desirable Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in machine tool design, test rig design, machine automation, or gearbox design.

For Junior Manager (Electronics):

• Essential Qualification:
  • First-class Degree in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied branches.
• Desirable Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in PLC programming, electronic module/PCB design, or PSpice software.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance is preferred.

Salary for AVNL Recruitment 2025

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹50,000.

Selection Process

The selection process includes the following stages:

1. Written Test: Screening of candidates based on their performance in the written exam.
2. Trade Test: Qualifying candidates from the written test will undergo a trade test (qualifying in nature).
3. Final Selection: Based on performance in the above tests.

Note: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the tests or interviews.
