Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

   • A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

2. Professional Experience:

   • A minimum of 10 years as an Advocate, with substantial experience in handling criminal cases in Sessions Courts.
   • Applicants must possess an Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate issued by the Bar Council.

3. Other Requirements:

   • Candidates should have a clear willingness and consent to work under the general terms and conditions established by the Government of India.

Professional Fee and Compensation

The professional fee for selected advocates will be determined according to the terms and conditions outlined in DoPT Letter No. 225/19/2023-AVD-II, in compliance with CBI’s guidelines.
