Hal Recruitment Salary Structure

The selected candidates will receive a basic pay ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per month, depending on the position.

Hal Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

1. Deputy General Manager

   • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
   • Completion of a Flight Safety Course from a recognized institute.

2. Manager and Deputy Manager (IMM)

   • A Degree in Engineering/Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized by statutory authorities.

3. Deputy Manager (Finance) and Finance Officer

   • A Bachelor’s Degree along with a pass in the final examination of CA/ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
