Indian Navy Recruitment 2024
The Indian Navy invites online applications for the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) starting in January 2025. The detailed notification is available in the Employment News from June 29 to July 5, 2024.
Unmarried male and female candidates with the required educational qualifications can apply for Permanent Commissioned Officer positions in the Executive and Technical branches. A total of 40 posts are available.

Indian Navy 2024 Eligibility and Age Limit
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- At least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
- At least 50% marks in English (in Class X or Class XII).
- Appeared for JEE (Main) – 2024 for B.E/B.Tech. SSB call-up based on JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2024 by NTA.
Age Limit:
- Born between 02 July 2005 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive).
Indian Navy 2024 Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2024.
- SSB interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held at Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam from September 2024 onwards.
