Salary Details

The selected candidates will be offered a monthly pay according to the following levels:

• Level 12: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 (Joint Secretary, Joint Director)
• Level 11: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 (Deputy Director)
• Level 10: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Assistant Director)
• Level 6: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Assistant Engineer)

Educational Qualifications

• Joint Director (Administration): Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Deputy Director (Finance): Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, MBA, or Master’s in Commerce.
• Deputy Director (Administration and Accounts): Bachelor’s degree.
• Deputy Director (Official Language): Master’s degree in relevant subjects.

Posting Locations and Tenure

The appointments will be on a deputation basis for 3 years, except for the Deputy Director (Publicity) post, which is for 2 years. The tenure can be extended as per DoPT guidelines.

• Joint Director (Administration): Bengaluru
• Other posts: Various locations including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Pampore, Ranchi, and Lahdoigarh (Jorhat)
