The selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 3,40,000 (IDA). The selection process will be based on an interview, and the appointment will be for a tenure of five years or until superannuation, whichever is earlier. The minimum age to apply is 45 years.

Experience Requirements

• Experience:
  • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in the last 10 years in areas such as:
    • Marketing
    • Business Development
    • Sales Forecasting & Planning
  • Experience in the steel industry is essential.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in reputable large organizations will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will oversee the commercial activities at SAIL, including:

• Formulating and executing marketing strategies.
• Driving business development initiatives.
• Engaging in sales forecasting and planning.
